to request Membership or purchasing any of the Purchaseware in my shoppes.

Terms of Use and Membership Requirements

1. You may not share your username or password with anyone. I have a way of logging the ip's and who is signing

in to authpro so i will know. If you are caught sharing your username and password with anyone else you will lose your membership

with pixelating magik and your money will not be refunded. You must have a web site in order to apply for membership No exceptions. 

2. You may not share the outlines, bases, backgrounds, tutorials, graphics or anything found in the membersarea with anyone this includes yahoo groups or msn groups

as these are free groups and they have not read the terms and have not paid for the membership.

3. You may create siggies, websets, stationary etc, for profit or adoptions, with the tutorial results or  colored lineart but you may not take the lineart or tutorials etc...

and offer them "as is"  on your site or membersarea . You may not tube the colored lineart or tutorial results unless you hold a Tube or Commercial License.

If you hold a Tube or Commercial License you must have a banner linked to www.pixelatingmagik.com on the page you are offering the tubes or graphics for profit.

4. If you hold a Tube or Commercial License you may Tube and Use for profit or adoption the colored lineart called Special Characters: including the PeggiPegs, Flutterlings, LaLa Bearsyou must however retain the name Peggipegs, Flutterlings and La la Bears in the graphic file for ex : PeggiPegAngel_rpp.gif as these are exclusivesto Pixelating Magik. You must also show your tube or commercial license on the page you are selling them. A simple text  link is not acceptable. Your License shows you have permission to tube these items. code word: Terms

**As is Tubing License**

This allows you to color my lines, tube them and offer for profit to others

to offer "as is" in their membersareas. You may not offer for sale or profit the outlines alone (as i present them in the membersarea)

you must color them and offer them. You may not alter them, reshade the bases, or claim as your own. You must have your "as is " license 

on each page you are presenting the colored lines "as is". I require a link back to www.pixelatingmagik.com.

5. All Lineart and Doll Bases are not to be sliced, diced or changed in anyway. Very Minor Edits to the Doll Bases are allowed as long as

you are willing to send me the edited version so i can make it available to the other members as well. No exceptions!

6. If you have a membership site and wish to purchase a membership you will need to make available to me a login so i can from time to time

check on whether my terms are being followed.  I do go around and check that my terms are being followed. No exceptions here either.

7. All members must include with their results from using my tubes or lines to create graphics or tube sets, for adoption or profit,  a credit link

to www.pixelatingmagik.com. Your members who use the results from your membersarea or purchaseware shops must also include a credit link to 

www.pixelatingmagik.com.

Purchaseware:

Regarding Outline packs and Tube Bundles

You must attach either your tube license for pixelating magik or the certificate that you rec'd with your 

outline or tube bundle to the page that you are selling tube packs (made from colored lines results) or signitures or websets made from the tubes

purchased from my purchaseware area. You must link your tube license or certificate to www.pixelatingmagik.com. Siggies purchased from the purchaseware area must be linked to www.pixelatingmagik.com and you must have a website in order to order any of the purchaseware items. 

YOu must also have no right click and no drag and drop on the pages that you offer siggies or tube sets. Websets must include a text link to www.pixelatingmagik.com. No exceptions.  You are not allowed to change the outlines in anyway unless you email me with the edited version and I agree that 

you may make small changes to the outline. You must email me your edits otherwise i will ask you to take down your edited version until i rec'd them.
