Business Practice
Currently i am working from home during the week and on weekends. I will be filling orders and requests during business
hours only. If you have not heard from me in 48 hours please email me politely and ask about the status of your order or
request.
I strive hard to please my members and customers and while I usually get orders done in 24 hours I also have real
life stuff going on between work and 3 kids that it may take me a bit longer to complete your order or request.
If you have a question or are not happy with your order or request please allow me the opportunity to
make things right and retain you as a member or customer. Customer satisfaction is my ultimate goal
at Pixelating Magik.
